Gravis Planning has secured planning permission for a 257-unit residential development at Belfast Road, Lurgan.

The Foxwood Hall development is being brought forward by developers Steadland and was approved at a virtual hearing of the Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon Borough Council Planning Committee.

The development consists of a mix of semi, detached and apartments and will cater for a range of needs and requirements. The development also includes a children’s playpark and generous open space allowance.

Work on the housing development will represent a significant investment into the local economy and provide jobs during the current Covid-19 recovery period.
