Planning Permission secured for residential scheme in Ballymoney

Planning Permission secured for residential scheme in Ballymoney

Gravis Planning is delighted to secure planning permission for a 27-unit residential development at Greengage Cottages, Ballymoney.

Gravis Planning worked with Studio Rodgers to obtain planning permission for the proposal, which was granted approval from Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council in August 2021.

The housing mix includes a range of three and four bedroom 2 and 1.5 storey detached and semi-detached units. The development also includes a generous open space allowance, ancillary and associated works. The proposal will provide much needed family homes in Ballymoney and will provide a boost to the local construction sector.
