Public Consultation for Foxwood Hall Residential Development at Belfast Road, Lurgan

Gravis Planning has hosted a public consultation event on plans from Steadland Developments for a quality residential development called Foxwood Hall at lands to the south of Belfast Road, Lurgan.

The proposal comprises a variety of house types including detached, semi-detached, bungalows and a small number of apartments to suit a range of buyers.

The proposal also includes a fully equipped play area, open space and landscaping throughout the development with access through Lilburn Hall onto the Belfast Road.

Following the completion of the Pre-Application Community Consultation stage, a planning application will be submitted to Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council.
