Kingsway Residential Development

The proposal was for 43 apartments at Kingsway, Dunmurry. The application included the retention of existing residential premises at 3 & 5 Dunmurry Lane, retention & extension of existing residential premises 7 & 9 Dunmurry Lane, and the erection of an apartment block comprising of 27 two-bedroom apartments and 16 one-bedroom apartments including communal circulation and ancillary areas along with associated site works, carparking, roads and landscaping.

Gravis Planning provided planning and strategic communications support to the agent of the application, RPP Architects to secure approval for 43 apartments at Kingsway, Dunmurry.

We provided planning advice on issues including the apartment’s frontage and façade, elevation issues, a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) on site, as well as parking and traffic issues.
