​The Mall

The proposal is for the construction of a new town centre retail development at The Mall at the former Dunnes’ site in the centre of Coleraine. The former Dunnes Stores building had been unoccupied and in a state of disrepair.

The proposal includes two new retail units, offices, car parking, a service yard, new access route to parking area to back of Queen Street, landscaping, two new pedestrian crossing points and general site works including demolition of two existing buildings.

The development represents a significant investment of up to £6million, creating 30 full and part time jobs in the area and will help regenerate the Coleraine town centre.
