The proposal by Evans Cycles was to seek planning approval for the variation of planning conditions to allow the sale of non-bulky cycle goods at Unit 1 36-38 Boucher Road, Belfast.
The previous condition only allowed for the sale of bulky goods. The application proposed that 65% of the retail space to be used for the sale of bicycles, 35% of retail space to be used for bicycle accessories. A maximum of 185 square metres of floorspace was allowed to be devoted to the sale and display of non-bulky goods.
We prepared the planning application submission and successfully obtained approval for the variation of condition which would allow Evans Cycles to trade from the subject premises.
