Banbridge, Newry & Mourne Area Plan 2016 (dBNMAP) Inquiry

Representing a number of clients, developers and land-owners in the Banbridge, Newry and Mourne area during the dBNMAP Inquiry process. This included preparing written evidence, attending inquiry hearings and presenting our clients’ case at such hearings.

• Preparing written statements, evidence and coordinating specialist input, where required.

• Presenting cases at hearings and advancing arguments on behalf of clients at such hearings.

Our Involvement

We were engaged by a number of clients to represent them during the inquiry process into dBNMAP. Evidence was gathered and statements of case prepared and submitted to advance our clients’ interests during the inquiry process. We also attended all inquiry hearings to ensure our clients’ interests were protected and advanced.
