The proposal was for outline planning permission for a residential development consisting of 85 houses with associated open space and road access junction.
We provided planning advisory services to allow the application to progress to decision in a timely manner.
Whilst the application had already been subject to Pre-Application Community Consultation prior to our instruction, we ensured all local elected representatives and community groups were fully briefed on the project including the infrastructure improvements being delivered upon approval. We also took the lead in negotiating a satisfactory package of community benefit including the upgrading of a local playpark and gifting of land to a local sports club.
