Stargime is a European-based, family-run, international property development company established in the mid-1980s.
It has a long established and successful track record of delivering market-leading office accommodation throughout Europe having built over 3m ft² of international Grade A offices
This proposal, submitted in July 2017, is for full planning permission for the demolition of existing buildings at Graham House and the redevelopment of the site to provide 11 stories of new Grade A office accommodation with café /restaurant use at ground level.
We organised a programme of Pre-Application Discussions with Belfast City Council and other key statutory bodies. A comprehensive contextual scale and massing study of the area was undertaken to establish what an appropriate scale would be for a new building on site. A detailed Design and Access Statement was also submitted alongside the application.
A full process of Pre-Application Community Consultation has been taken forward in line with statutory requirements including a public event in the form of a staffed exhibition as well as engagement with local elected representatives and community groups.
