Block 1 involves change of use from existing building (13 Wellington Park) to provide 6 No apartment, demolition of rear return and replacement with 3 storey extension.
Block 2 involves construction of 6 no apartments in 3 1/2 storey block in rear of No 13, with access from Wellesley Avenue.
The proposed development represents a £3m investment sustaining 20 construction jobs.
