Housing Development at Cloghole Road

Two planning applications for a proposed residential development on lands at Cloghole Road in Eglinton, County Londonderry.

Phase one consists of 30 no. two storey houses and phase two is 24 no. two storey houses and six no. apartments both with landscaped amenity space and internal road layout.

Our Involvement

We ensured the approval of the application in a timely manner through planning advice in relation to consultee responses as well as enlisting the support of local elected representatives to ensure Transport NI, Rivers Agency and NI Water responded as promtply as possible.
