Our Involvement

We obtained approval of the application in a timely manner through adaptation of the original layout proposed in order to address a number of consultee concerns, particularly in relation to the proximity of the adjacent Council refuse lorry depot and the potential impacts upon the depot’s existing operations that could arise from having a residential development located next door.
