Meet the Team

Having studied at Queen's University Belfast, Helena graduated with a BSc Honours degree in Environmental Planning and an MSc in Urban and Rural Design in 2012.

On a day-to-day basis Helena manages planning applications, represents clients through appeals, prepares feasibility reports/design and access statements, designs concept plans and assists with preparing Environmental Impact Assessments.

In particular, Helena represents clients with specific land interests through the new Local Development Plan Stages and provides advice as to how these interests may be taken forward through the LDP process.

Since entering private practice, she has worked on a wide range of development proposals across various sectors including energy infrastructure, industrial development, advertising, telecoms. She also has extensive experience developing economic development strategies with local Councils.

Helena is a licentiate member of the Royal Institute of Planning and is currently working towards becoming a RTPI Chartered Town Planner.
