Our Involvement
The expansion of its existing site in Banbridge will accommodate two new warehousing and storage units and associated car and lorry parking. The expansion allows for the growth of EOS IT’s services as it experiences increased demand to deliver fundamental storage services that ensure systems are successfully managed – from ordering to storage delivery, and waste management.
Gravis managed the planning application on behalf of the client from inception to decision. This included managing the Pre-Application Community Consultation (PACC) process, compiling the planning application and managing sub-consultants for technical support, to prepare what was overall a robust application submission which was managed successfully through to final approval in February 2023.
