Our Involvement
With the potential for up to £600 million of investment in a range of technologies and renewable energy generation solutions, it aims to be one of the most important milestones in the decarbonisation of our electricity generation system.
This project involved creating a masterplan and full suite of Public Affairs and Public Relations services for a proposed new 'Kilroot Energy Park' on the 230-acre site of the existing Kilroot Power Station.

Gravis worked with our client from early inception stage to build the concept of the Kilroot Energy Park through analysis of the site’s strength and constraints as well as consideration of various potential uses with a focus on sustainable energy generation. This led to the production of a masterplan utilising the entire 230-acre site.
Our Strategic Communications team worked with a graphic designer on branding, a web designer to create a bespoke website and a video production company on promotional media content. We also managed the media launch of the energy park as well as advising on key stakeholder engagement.
