Our Involvement

Approximately 356 square meters of net retail floorspace is proposed for the ground floor, with a total of 4,843 square metres of net office space proposed over the remaining seven floors.

Working as part of a project team lead by Coogan & Co. architects, Gravis Planning managed the Pre-Application Community Consultation (PACC) process, organising a public event and the submission of PACC Report as well as providing extensive planning advice at Pre-Application Discussion (PAD) stage and throughout the project. This resulted in approval from Belfast City Council's Planning Committee.
