Our work included managing the planning application from pre-application stage - including statutory Pre-Application Community Consultation (PACC) - through to its approval at planning committee. We advised on a range of planning related issues including key site requirements, traffic, and residential amenity.
The project was subsequently approved by Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council's Planning Committee.
