Bedford Square Phase Two
The development of Bedford Square Phase 2 involved the conservation, alteration, refurbishment and extension of the listed Ewart Building for office use and a seventeen-storey new build, mixed use development. This included office space above ground-floor retail and associated basement car parking alongside the completion of a new civic square.

Instructed prior to consideration of an amended scheme by the Belfast City Council Planning Committee in July 2016, Gravis Planning were given the remit of explaining the extent of the conservation aspect of the proposal to elected representatives, as well as reinforcing the economic significance of an approval.
