Our Involvement
The new development will comprise 18 dwellings in a mixture of house types including detached, semi-detached and bungalows, which are in keeping with the character of the area. This scheme proposes a layout that reflects the form of development found in the locality.

Our work included engaging with the local planning authority to emphasise the proposal's alignment with the Council’s Local Development Plan (LDP), and also with statutory consultees to determine planning conditions for the site and ensure compliance. We advised on a range of planning-related issues, including key site requirements, traffic, and residential amenity.
The project was subsequently approved by Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council's Planning Officers.
