Gravis Planning is delighted to secure planning permission for an 18-unit housing development at Ramoan Road in Ballycastle, Co. Antrim.
Working in partnership with Studio Rogers, we have obtained planning permission on behalf of our client KMBC Ltd., who will deliver the quality housing. The application was granted approval in March 2023.
The new development will see a mix of new house types including detached, semi-detached and bungalow dwellings, which are in keeping with the character of the area. Likewise, this scheme also proposes a layout that reflects the form of development found in the locality.
