On behalf of Global Media & Advertising, we are pleased to have won a planning appeal against the refusal of planning permission for the retention of a digital advertising sign on Bruce Street in Belfast, which means that the advertisement can remain in situ. The Planning Appeals Commission (PAC) found that the reason given for refusal by the planning authority was not sustained.
Advertising displays at strategic locations in city centres are key economic drivers as they provide guaranteed coverage and expose residents, commuters and tourists alike to targeted media campaigns that encourage them to spend more time and money in the city, and its businesses.
We are pleased to have supported Global Media & Advertising, one of the UK’s leading outdoor media companies, in securing the retention of the planning permission for this asset.
