Planning approval obtained for 94 homes in Belfast

The consented development contains a mixture of high-quality detached, semi-detached, and apartment properties, which will cater for a range of housing needs. At least 20% of the housing mix provided will be allocated as affordable housing.

The new homes have been designed with ample outdoor amenity space and in-curtilage parking, providing a safer streetscape. A new ‘cycle priority’ roadway will be constructed between the consented development with Woodland Grange to the north and Black’s Gate to the south, creating an integrated residential area that is sustainably connected and which promotes active travel.
