The consented development is comprised of 6 semi-detached and 9 detached properties, reflecting the character of the surrounding area, with the acceptability of residential development on the site already established in principle via the outline planning permission granted by Mid Ulster District Council prior to the submission of a Reserved Matters application.

The design of the dwellings was carefully considered to reflect the edge of settlement location of the site and to seamlessly integrate with both the urban and rural context.
