We have some fantastic job opportunities for a Senior Planning Consultant and a Planning Consultant to join our Dublin office.
ABOUT THE ROLES
Senior Planning Consultant
Applicants should have an IPI or RTPI accredited degree / postgraduate qualification in Town Planning, with at least 5 years of postgraduate professional experience in Ireland.
Planning Consultant
Applicants should have an IPI or RTPI accredited degree / postgraduate qualification in Town Planning. Postgraduate professional experience in Ireland of 2-3 years is desired but not essential.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidates will be required to manage their own projects, contribute to the management of planning applications and appeals, prepare planning appraisals and development plan submissions, carry out research, and generally play an active role in all of the planning consultancy aspects of our business.
Applicants will need to be based in our Dublin office, however we provide a range of hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidates will be ambitious and commercially minded, show attention to detail and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Applicants must possess a driving license and have access to a car to allow them to carry out their duties in the position.
The following core skills are also required:
• Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet strict deadlines
