Planning Consultant

In response to continued growth in our Dublin office, we have an opportunity for a Planning Consultant to join the company. The successful candidate will be required to manage their own projects, contribute to the management of planning applications /appeals, prepare planning appraisals and development plan submissions, carry out research, and generally play an active role in all of the planning consultancy aspects of our business.

About You

Applicants should have an IPI and / or RTPI accredited degree / postgraduate qualification in Town Planning and at least 2-3 years’ postgraduate professional experience. The successful candidate will be ambitious and commercially minded, show attention to detail and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. The following core skills are also required:

• Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent planning and organisational skills

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet strict deadlines

Applicants must possess a driving license and have access to a car to allow them to carry out their duties in the position.
