Nine Lanyon Place Redevelopment

Thank you for visiting our online consultation. This webpage allows you to view information about the proposed development in advance of a planning application being submitted and provides you with the opportunity to submit your own feedback on the proposals.

This proposal has been designed by Coogan & Co Architects on behalf of Lanyon Place Ltd. 

There will also be an opportunity to meet the project team at a 'drop-in' public consultation event which will take place on Thursday 10th April 2025 between 12-2pm and 4-7pm at Nine Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP.

Members of the project team will be present at this event to respond to any questions you may have regarding the proposals.

This online consultation will run until Friday 18th April 2025.
