Plans approved for the development of apartments in Crumlin, Co. Antrim

Gravis Planning is delighted to have secured planning permission from Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council for a quality residential development at Mill Road in Crumlin.

The proposal is for twenty-five apartment units, including one and two bed apartments in two separate buildings sitting along the Crumlin River.

The four and three storey buildings will be connected through a single storey flat roofed plant room.

The development will deliver a significant private investment into the local area and create much needed jobs in the construction sector as we continue our economic recovery.

Planning approval was granted in March 2021.
