Approval secured for residential development in Ballyclare

Gravis Planning is delighted to have secured planning approval for a 32-unit residential development at Craighill Quarry in Ballyclare.

The proposal, which was granted approval in April 2021, will deliver additional family homes and represent a significant private investment in the local area.

The proposal will as create much needed jobs in the construction sector as we continue our economic recovery.
