Planning Permission secured for a residential scheme in Downpatrick

Gravis Planning is delighted to secure planning permission for a 26-unit residential development at Strangford Road, Downpatrick.

Gravis Planning worked alongside Studio Rogers to obtain planning permission for the proposal, which was granted approval from Newry, Mourne and Down District Council in June 2021.

The housing mix includes a range of three and four bedroom 2 and 1.5 storey detached and semi-detached units. The development also includes a generous open space allowance, ancillary and associated works.

The proposal will provide much needed family homes in the Downpatrick area and will provide a boost to the local construction sector.
