Planning Permission secured for apartments in Holywood

Gravis Planning is delighted to secure planning permission for a three-storey apartment block containing 21 No. apartments at 10-20 Downshire Road, Holywood.

The apartment block includes 6 No. 1 bedroom and 15 No. 2 bedroom apartments. The application also includes associated landscaping, access, car and cycle parking areas. The apartments will replace the former Downshire Road Church Hall and adjoining office buildings at the corner of Downshire Road and Church View in Holywood.

Gravis Planning worked alongside JNP Architects to obtain planning permission for the proposal brought forward by the McGinnis Group, which was granted approval from Ards & North Down Borough Council in July 2021.

The proposal will provide much needed residential units to the area and will provide a boost to the local construction sector.
