Adam Larkin
Director, Planning
Originally from New Zealand, Adam graduated from the University of Auckland with a First Class Honours degree in Planning. Before leaving New Zealand to pursue a career in professional rugby which would eventually lead to him representing Ulster for 8 seasons, Adam worked as a Development Planner for North Shore City Council in Auckland.
About
Having entered the private sector in 2004, Adam is responsible for managing and submitting planning applications, preparing detailed statements of evidence and representing clients at Planning Appeals, and providing specialist advice in relation to planning enforcement and Lawful Development Certificates.
He also has extensive experience in preparing and managing 'Major' planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments for a range of development proposals. He has played key roles in significant projects across major residential, retail, and renewable energy developments.
