Chris Bryson
Director, Planning
Having studied at Queen’s University Belfast, Chris obtained a BSc Honours degree in Geography and an MSc in Town and Country Planning. He is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
About
Over the last 15 years, Chris has extensively advised clients on a wide range of development proposals and on a day-to-day basis he manages major planning applications, appeals and feasibility reports, prepares and coordinates Environmental Statements and prepares Design Concept Statements for major proposals.
Before entering the private sector in 2005, Chris worked in DoE Planning Service where he was directly involved in landmark urban developments including Victoria Square, Invest NI HQ in Belfast and major residential extensions to Ligoniel village in North Belfast.
