Lisa Shannon

Having studied at Queen's University Belfast, Lisa graduated with a BSc Honours degree in Environmental Planning and an MSc in Urban and Rural Design.
About
On a day-to-day basis, Lisa prepares and manages planning applications, prepares feasibility reports/design and access statements, designs concept plans and conducts research on behalf of clients for residential schemes.
Lisa started out her planning career working for a major housebuilder in the South Coast of England. Within the Land Team, she was responsible for carrying out strategic land searches, liaising with landowners, land promotions and gaining outline planning permission.
Since entering private planning consultancy, she has worked on a range of projects in London across a range of sectors from speculative site research through to advising, preparing and managing larger residential and mixed-use developments.
Lisa is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
