Méabh Cleary

Méabh holds both a BSc in Planning, Environment and Development, and an MSc in City Planning and Design, from Queen’s University Belfast. She has also furthered her studies in undertaking an Advanced Diploma in Planning and Environmental Law through King's Inns, Dublin.
About
Méabh is a chartered member of both the Royal Town Planning Institute and Irish Planning Institute. She has 5 years of private sector experience in planning and project management across the UK and Ireland. Méabh has worked on a wide variety of projects and has successfully obtained planning permission for developments across sectors including housing, commercial, and education. She has a particular interest in Planning and Environmental Law and has extensive experience in preparing planning appeals and appeal responses. Méabh is a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner, with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
On a day-to-day basis at Gravis, Méabh prepares and manages planning applications, undertakes feasibility assessments, and conducts research to support various development proposals.
