With a career spanning almost 25 years, Richard is recognised as a leading Town Planning consultant with a background in both the public sector and private practice.
About
At Gravis Planning, he oversees all client-related planning activity; and alongside fellow Managing Director David Kerr is responsible for the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the business.
He has successfully advised public, private and third sector clients on planning and development projects of all sizes throughout the UK and Ireland. These include retail, residential, commercial, healthcare, education, energy, planning appeals and inquiries, renewable energy and infrastructure developments.
Before entering the private sector, Richard held posts with Cambridge City, Omagh and Craigavon Councils and also spent a number of years in DOE Planning Service where he worked in the retail policy unit and then later in Development Control in Derry – Londonderry.
