Seamus brings to Gravis over a decade of experience in the planning industry, having worked on major telecommunications and advertising projects around the world.
About
Before joining Gravis, Seamus spent 4 years working as a senior planner for a telecommunications company in Ireland, managing his own team and delivering flagship projects. Prior to this, he spent 5 years in London working with a leading outdoor advertising provider. This followed 2 years spent in Perth, Western Australia, working for a well-established surveying business dealing with a wide range of planning application types including commercial, residential, retail and much more.
On a day-to-day basis at Gravis, Seamus prepares and manages planning applications and feasibility reports, in addition to conducting advisory research on behalf of clients for a range of development proposals.
Seamus holds a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Development from the Technological University of the Shannon. He also holds a Master's degree in Civic Design (MCD) from The University of Liverpool.
