We managed the full Pre-Application Community Consultation process including two public events and extensive engagement with local community groups.
A Memorandum of Understanding setting out areas of community benefit was drafted with the local community.
Widespread political engagement was taken forward throughout the project including in advance of consideration by Belfast City Council Planning Committee to outline the economic importance of the project.
We also undertook a planning advisory role throughout the project both pre and post submission.
