Ballyrobert originally started as a petrol station in the 1950’s and the second generation of the family added the Vauxhall car franchise in the 1960’s at the Belfast Road site. It has served the Greater Belfast area since.
Family owned and managed since establishment and now in its third generation, Ballyrobert Cars is a major local employer in the North Down area with over staff currently working across a range of areas including sales advisors, skilled mechanical technicians, marketing, valet services and administration.
The business proposed an extension of the existing car showroom and outdoor vehicle sales and display area including landscaping, new access onto Ballyrobert Road and alterations to the existing access onto A2 Belfast Road.
Gravis managed the planning application for our client which was submitted to Ards and North Down Borough Council.
